Focus on
Candidate Relationships

We know that it all comes down to relationships.

You have a choice in who you decide to work with, and we want our business to be built on referrals. To achieve that, our recruiters go above and beyond for our candidates and employees.

Your recruiter will stick with you every step of the way.

No fear of being passed around with us, we see you through the entire process and beyond.

Your dedicated recruiter will take the time to listen, ask questions to better understand your wants and needs. Then they will spend the time to review open positions for fit. No square pegs in round holes here!

New Clients

Soloh Partners is adding new clients and exciting opportunities each month.

We actively seek out client relationships where our candidates tell us they want to work.

Will I receive an orientation?

Of course, you’ll have two orientations actually! First, comes your Soloh Partners orientation where we cover things like payroll and timekeeping, benefits, policies and procedures, important contact info, etc. Then you will have a facility-specific orientation at your work location. This will vary slightly depending on the facility but will generally include safety protocols, unit reviews and facility-specific policies and procedures.
